Important Notes:
• To unpack IVSA3Setup.rar, you'll need to have 7zip.
• It is HIGHLY recommended you select the "Copy my existing GTA folder and prepare the copy" option.
• We recommend GTA IV 1.0.7.0 or EFLC 1.1.2.0 for the best performance.
• While we highly recommend you buy the game and support the developers, if you have an illegal version of GTA, you MUST select Custom in the InstallShield and deselect DSound and GFWL Protection Disabler and select XLiveLess instead, otherwise your game will crash.
• You will need a legal version of GTA IV 1.0.7.0 or EFLC 1.1.2.0 to be able to play multiplayer.

For the ones who encounter the mod staying on "Loading GTA IV: San Andreas..." infinitely, an hotfix has been released. The cause was a corrupted vehicles.img. If you want the original GTA IV vehicles, please restore it from a stock GTA IV install. If you want to have the converted San Andreas cars, please download this hotfix.
Please note, that this is not a big update or patch. It's just a quick fix that will also be included in the first patch.

This is the newest public BETA version of GTA IV: San Andreas: BETA 2 "World Motion"! In this version, new features are added, including, but not limited to Radio, HUD, improved map, new lights, etc.

Patch #1 for the first BETA. The following changes are included:

- Fixes IVSA script (Changes replay key from F8 to F7 to prevent problems, adds delay to bmx spawn for TBOGT)
- Fixes VDS20 error with IV and EFLC if user didn't install xliveless
- Fixes issues with map not appearing in EFLC for some users
- Fixes film grain in IV
- Added cols for the road and sidewalk outside the V-Rock cafe
- Initial col patch work on the Mount Chiliad observation deck (Can use a car to jump off now but needs some more work)
